Refund policy

At Lorax Shoes (operated by INSPIREGET LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at support@loraxshoes.us within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
